These terms apply when you use 3NDING, including the library, the reader, the Write page and the tools. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Using 3NDING

3NDING is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You can browse the library, read books, write in notebooks and use the tools without creating an account. Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, overload it or interfere with how it works for others.

Books and content in the library

Books in the library belong to their authors and rights holders. They are made available for you to read on the site. You may not copy, redistribute or sell them, or use them in ways their rights holders have not permitted. Short highlights and quote cards are meant for personal sharing, with the book's title and author kept attached.

Your own writing

What you write on the Write page is yours. Your notebooks are saved on your device and are not uploaded to 3NDING. You are responsible for your content and for making sure you have the right to use any text you import. Please do not import or write material that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.

Tools

The EPUB to TXT splitter works on files you choose, directly in your browser. Only use it with files you own or have the right to convert, and respect any rights and restrictions that apply to them.

Your data and backups

Because your favorites, progress, highlights and notebooks live in your browser, they can be lost if you clear site data, switch browsers or devices, or your storage becomes full. You are responsible for keeping backups. Use the export options on the Library and Write pages to do so. See the Privacy Policy for more.

No warranty

3NDING is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, or that books will remain available in the library.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3NDING and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the site.

Changes to the site and these terms

We may change, suspend or remove parts of 3NDING at any time, and we may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
